Terms of Service

1. Current status

DJ Time ("we", "us") is a live product from QrewTime. Sign-in, cloud sync, AI features, and an audience request/display system are all live. Paid plans are available through your QrewTime account — see section 3 for how billing works.

2. Music rights

Users remain solely responsible for lawful ownership and use of any music they play, including public-performance licences, venue permissions and any recordings they make. DJ Time will not claim rights it cannot grant.

DJ Time also lets you search and play content from YouTube, Spotify (metadata only), and SoundCloud directly from their own services. We don't host, rehost, or redistribute any of that content — it streams or embeds directly from each platform under that platform's own terms of service. Using these features at a live event is your responsibility to license correctly, the same as playing any other music publicly; DJ Time is a convenience tool for finding and cueing that content, not a licensed public-performance music service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

DJ Time is billed through your QrewTime account (account.qrewtime.com), in South African Rand (ZAR) via Paystack. Each payment covers one billing period — it is a single charge, not an automatically recurring one; continued access after a period ends requires returning to checkout. See QrewTime's full Terms of Service for the complete billing, cancellation and refund terms that apply across the whole QrewTime platform. Controller compatibility claims reflect what has been tested and may not cover every device.
